I am currently using a website which uses MySQL, How can I transfer my website to your hosting?
You will have to follow the belowmentioned steps to backup your data and move to our hosing:-
Step 1:- Use the backup tool to take the backup of your database on old server
Step 2:- Once the backup is taken, create database on our server by logging in to the member’s area of our website than go on “Manage Website” and choose ‘manage database’ option and then select ‘new database’ option, finally choose your database username, name and password.
Step 3:- After taking the backup and creating new database login to the new database and thn by entering into the ‘PhpMyAdmin’ choose the import option and then browse the particular backup file and restore your data.
Step 4:- When the database file is restored the last step is to open configuration file and update the database details such as username, name, password and database host
